Understand the Problem
Discovery sessions with stakeholders. We do not write a line of code until users, business goal and constraints are clear. Output: problem brief + success criteria.

Derive the Architecture
Data model, service boundaries, integrations, identity, deployment topology. Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and system diagrams delivered.
- 03
Make the Plan
Phased roadmap, sprint breakdown, risk register, release strategy. The customer sees a live increment at the end of every sprint.
- 04
Build the Timeline
Realistic dates from the dependency graph. Critical path is marked; parallel tracks go to separate teams.
- 05
Ship the Project
TDD + code review + CI/CD. Every merge runs against production-like environments. We are on call at launch.
Hosting & operations
On our servers, run by us
We do not just hand over the project — we stand behind it in production. No vendor lock-in, exit door always open.
- Production runs on our own infrastructure. Hardware, network, OS, runtime — operated end-to-end by us.
- S3-compatible object storage + CDN. Media and static assets are served from the edge closest to the user.
- Data is backed up daily to 2 separate servers outside the primary host. Backups are encrypted.
- Logs are analyzed daily by a local AI pipeline — anomalies, security events and performance regressions are flagged automatically.
- Daily backups can be handed to the customer on request. No vendor lock-in.

Our pricing is a 12-month term. It includes servers, CDN, backup infrastructure, and monitoring.
Free maintenance
If hosted on our servers, 12 months of maintenance is included — bug fixes, security patches, minor improvements.
Renewal
At the end of 12 months, current server costs and maintenance scope are recalculated. No surprise invoices.
