TEKMER Portal — application, board review and tenant management for KOSGEB TEKMERs

The portal we built for Alanya TEKMER is now a product. Founder applications, board reviews, office and rent tracking, document verification and KOSGEB TEKMER API sync in one panel. Network and hotspot management, fingerprint and card access control and a private file space for startups plug into the same panel. iOS and Android apps included.

An MCP server for reading and operating Hetzner servers from an AI client. "How full is that disk" goes straight to Hetzner and the answer comes back to the client. Deletes and rebuilds are off by default. Free and open source, MIT licensed.

Product backbone — the shared foundation under every project

Why a shared backbone?

When a single studio runs multiple projects in parallel, rebuilding each one from scratch is both wasted effort and a maintenance nightmare. At Done Dynamics we run authentication, observability, CI/CD, documentation and deployment as a single backbone across every engagement. Because of this backbone, a web development project that evolves tomorrow into a CRM software integration already has the infrastructure in place.

Underneath the backbone sits PostgreSQL, S3-compatible storage, a CDN and container-based deployment. On the backup side, KVKK/GDPR-compliant backup and database backup processes ship by default.

What it means for the client

In practical terms: from a single dashboard you can see the live status of your web application, your mobile application and your backups. The corporate website design page details how the backbone contributes on the web side. Regionally, our Alanya software, Antalya software and Istanbul software projects all run on this same backbone.

Adopting the backbone is not mandatory — for projects we inherit, we integrate it step by step. In the first conversation we listen to your existing infrastructure and prepare a migration plan.

Frequently asked questions

Does this backbone run on my own server?
Whichever you prefer. We can deploy to Cloudflare/AWS in the cloud or self-host on your infrastructure.
Does it create vendor lock-in?
No. The entire backbone is built on open standards (Docker, PostgreSQL, S3 API).
Do I have to replace my existing infrastructure?
Not required. We can integrate with your current systems.
What are your security standards?
KVKK-aligned processes, 2FA, role-based access and audit logging by default.
Is performance monitoring included?
Yes. Every project ships with uptime, Core Web Vitals and error tracking by default.
How is the backbone priced?
The backbone is included with client projects — there is no separate licence fee.
