Done Dynamics Services
Software engineering, artificial intelligence, infrastructure and security, growth — four lines, 14 services. Each can be bought on its own; taken together, accountability stays in one place.
Done Dynamics groups its work into four lines: the software engineering that builds what a company runs on, the artificial intelligence work that turns accumulated data into decisions, the infrastructure and security everything else sits on, and the growth side that makes a finished product findable. The split is not arbitrary: each line has its own way of being measured, its own delivery rhythm and its own maintenance load, and mixing them into one contract makes it unclear which part is actually finished. The list below shows what each line covers and what each service solves.

How we work
Whichever service you buy, the sequence is the same: written scope first, then the work, then the handover.
- 01
Discovery and Proposal
We write down not what was asked for but what needs solving. Current state, constraints and the measure of success are discussed; the output is a proposal with the scope itemised line by line.
- 02
Fixed Scope
The work in the proposal is delivered for the price in the proposal. Scope does not grow mid-project; if a new need appears it becomes a separate item and waits for your approval.
- 03
Handover
Code, configuration, access credentials and documentation are handed to your organisation. We do not build anything that depends on us — when you want to move on, what you hold is a working whole.
- 04
Maintenance
What follows delivery runs as a separate service: updates, monitoring, incident response and periodic review. Its scope and duration are written down up front.
Which service fits you
If there is no product yet, the software line is where it starts; if the product exists but nobody finds it, the conversation belongs to growth. When a system runs but drops out, slows down, or nobody can say who owns it, the problem usually sits in infrastructure and security. If you have data piling up and want decisions out of it, the AI line takes over. If you are not sure which line you fall into, you do not have to choose — describe the situation and we will name it together in the discovery call.
